Calendar - Place an Event
It is important for mechanics to place work and non-work related events in their calendar, this fosters a more organized, collaborative, and productive work environment.
It supports effective time management, coordination among team members. To do so, open the Calendar and right click on the technician bay with the correct date and time.
From the right click menu, click on Create a new block.
Choose a title, the start time, the duration and a small description. You can choose the color and the option ''All bays''.
Then click on Save.
