How to Use a Small Customer Number vs 999923232 Digit
To change the long codes generated by the system, follow these steps:
1. Click on Configurations > Configurations.
In the Global tab, look for the option Automatically generate codes in clients and uncheck the box.
Then click on Save.
2. Change manually the codes.
Click on Clients > Clients.
Search for the clients whose code you want to change.
Select them, change the Code and click on Save.
3. Change the option back to auto number and the system will take the last number + 1.
Click on Configurations > Configurations.
In the Global tab, look for the option Automatically generate codes in clients and check again the box.
Then click on Save.
