How Does GEM-CAR Calculate Taxes on Estimates and Invoices
GEM-CAR calculates taxes on the total amounts for parts and labor.
If the items are divided between different tax groups, GEM-CAR then makes totals for each group and calculates taxes for each of them.
GEM-CAR rounds to $0.01 amounts equal to or greater than $0.005.
As for tax calculations, when there are several items on estimates or invoices, GEM-CAR rounds the total tax amount.
