Location should reflect the city and/or province the estimate took place, however there are times when the location reflects the estimate facility’s head office.
If this happens, our customer support team can investigate with our data source.
Some owners will visit multiple estimate facilities to evaluate their damage before sending the final number to their insurance company; or the appraiser might have found additional damage and completed a suplemental estimate. In this example, it appears two estimates were performed for the same incident. Pay attention to the incident date as it will clearly show you how many previous incidents the vehicle has, based on our sources.
