Generate a Report in Punch Clock
Time control helps the administrator and the workers, mechanics and technicians, to know which jobs have been started and how long each one is taking to complete.
This also helps the employer when paying for services or hours worked.
To facilitate the counting and invoicing of hours worked, GEM-CAR offers accurate time reports, taking into account the hours entered in the time control.
To view the hours worked in general, click on Human Resources > Control Time.
This page can be printed, converted in a PDF or Excel document. The icons are in the left corner, at the bottom of the page.
However, if you need an actual report, with specific information, you can click on Human Resources > Reports > Control Time.
You will need to select the following information:
- Employee
- Jobs
- Type
- Start date
- End date
Then click on Send.
The report will show the human resource, bay, job, the begin and end of the job, total time, task, estimated time, rate, cost and profit.
This report can also be printed by clicking on the icon beside the button Close.
