Work not Associated with Work Orders or Missing from the Calendar

If you can't find jobs that have been added to estimates in the calendar, they may have been hidden by mistake.

Each time you click on the Position button, you switch between several views, one of which hides the work orders.

Therefore, first click on the Position button until the work orders appear again.

Then, when they appear on the list, you can drag and drop them onto the calendar.

If the work orders still don't appear on the calendar list, they may not be associated with the right job code.

In fact, only jobs in Category 500 (appointments) are associated with work orders.

Consequently, first access the Product > Job Code Management window and check that the category for jobs not appearing in the agenda list is indeed 500.

If the category number is indeed 500, check that minimum intervals of 15 minutes are configured for these job codes.

In fact, if they are shorter than 15 minutes, the jobs will not appear in the Calendar.
