Send Reminders to a Client

From Point of Sale, click the Follow-ups icon.

It is also possible to send reminders from the left menu, by clicking on Communications > Sending reminders.

Insert the following information:

  • Period start date (for which the reminders have been scheduled) 
  • Period end date (for which the reminders have been scheduled)
  • Template (example: if you want to send a service that have been proposed and rescheduled, choose Sales reminder).

Click on Save.

 

The next window will show all the reminders scheduled for all customers during the chosen period.

Select the desired delivery method for sending reminders: SMS, email or letter format for postal delivery.

Click on Send.
