Highlighting Online Appointment Bookings
Attention! To be able to configure your Website, you must first have activated the module. See Activating the Website Module for more details.
Configuration of the Online Appointment Booking Step
In the point of sale step options, you can configure a step and a color to know if it is an external appointment.
- From the main menu on the left side of the application, click on Sales > Configurations > Point of Sale Steps.
- Select the step Online Appointment Booked or click on +New to create it.
- Under the Info tab, enter the Name of the step and choose the desired color for the Online Appointments in your calendar.
- Under the Options tab, it is recommended to select the following options:
- Reserve inventory for sale when it reaches this step;
- Automatically assign.

The workshop can then extract the list of appointments that have reached this step.
- From the main menu on the left side of the application, click on Sales > Sales.
- Apply the filter to Online Appointment at the step and click on Filter.
